- None of our rooms have a television
- 24-hour front desk, room service, and free parking available
Payment & Refund
- Once a room is booked, no amount will be refunded under any circumstances
- No refunds for cancellations, early checkouts, or change of plans
- Tariff is subject to change without prior notice — confirm rates before finalizing
- Always ask for a receipt; only written agreements are honoured
- Tariff may change for extensions — inquire before extending stay
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in and check-out time: 12 Noon (unless prior arrangement)

- Late check-out: 20% of room rate charged per hour beyond noon

- CCTV coverage cannot be guaranteed due to technical reasons
- CCTV footage viewing fee: ₹500 (charged only if no fault found on hotel's part)
Conduct & Prohibited Items
- No liquor consumption without a valid permit
- No pets allowed
- Electrical appliances and heating elements are strictly prohibited
- Damage to hotel property: ₹500 or more based on actual repair cost
Liability
- The hotel is not liable for loss or theft of personal valuables (mobile, money, jewellery, etc.)
